I have tried to run Kraken 2 but the program did not allow me to “Select a Kraken2 database”. It was required to run the program. Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

I’m having the same issue for the ‘Convert Kraken* data to Galaxy taxonomy representation’. The Galaxy Australia site allows you to select the database, but whenever I’ve tried to use it recently I cannot even upload a file, presumably due to high activity. I’d suggest trying the same, you ma have better luck than me, but a fix for this on Galaxy Europe would be great.
