Dear colleagues,
I am attempting to run LEfSe using the tutorial sample datasets, but the tool does not appear to work. Each time I run it, I receive the following error message:
“An error occurred with this dataset: …”
Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue, or let me know if it is a known problem with the current version?

Would you be able to explain a bit more about the server you are working a (the full URL from the top of your browser window), the full tool name including the version (top of the tool form), and the URL of the tutorial you are following?
