I recently installed Galaxy on Ubuntu.
No problem with the installation per se.
But I realize that most of the modules are not available at least in the main package.
Is there a way to download them and to install them aftewards?
For instance the section “Multiple alignement” is simply missing and the clustal W module is not available.

Other important modules which are missing are all the “NGS …” modules (and more specifically the “NGS: QC & manipulation” one) and the FASTA manipulation module.
