Why does my a55 not recognise MP3 files. Tried everything Samsung help line no helpline at all. Thanks
Your device is not recognising your MP3 files, according to me you have to check some few things :-
File Format - Check the files are indeed MP3 and not another format.
File Corruption - Check the files in another device as well to ensure that, Is there any issue with files or your device.
Software Update - Make sure your device software is updated.
Compatibility - Check if your device supports MP3 files or not.
