New to Galaxy, need help on analysis

Dear All,

I need to perform some analysis on geo dataset. My problem statement is to identify the correlation between ERBB2 and GeneB in a geo dataset based on the median of ERBB2 across the patients. Can this analysis be done on galaxy ? If yes, how to proceed.

Please allow me to explain more. Basically, the patient dataset will be divided into 2 halves based on the median value of ERBB2 and then the differential expression of GeneB will be plotted in a dot plot. Please share if this is clear ?
