Hi!
I am going to use the LEfSe online analysis function (http://galaxy.biobakery.org/). Step A) went well, but when I got to step B), an error was reported that l do not know how to solve (as follows). l am new in LEfSe and trying to figure out how it works for some microbiota analysis. Thank you in advance.

The Biobakery server hosts a dedicated support forum that is a much better resource for your questions. Why? The tools and protocols they developed are custom, and different from the other public Galaxy servers. Plus, if something is going wrong server side, they are the once who could provide confirmation and updates.
