Paired sample comparison in the MAGeCKs test

Is it possible to do paired sample comparison when running the MAGeCKs test? The MAGeCKs tutorial showed that MAGeCKs test has introduced a paired sample comparison mode since version 0.5.9.The current MAGeCKs version is still 0.5.8.1 on the EU Galaxy. Can someone please help update the MAGeCKs on the Galaxy and make the paired sample comparison available?

Yes, you could make a request for the update. If you are able to help (even if just for scientific/usability feedback) that would be great! Much of Galaxy involves community contributions and guidance.
