I already ran the interproscan tool and get the domain and functional annotation results on my protein query. How I separate the domains and protein families. what are the tools that can be used for that and How I visualize these data on thesis?
We had another similar question and the answer can apply for you, too. Please see → protein sequence
For the filter the data into subsets, can you explain more about the goal? These are text files so you could filter on common keys for different groups using Text Manipulation tools.
- All (SQL, JQ, R) → GTN Materials Search (query=olympics)
- Direct tools → Hands-on: Data Manipulation Olympics / Data Manipulation Olympics / Introduction to Galaxy Analyses
However, I’m not sure if that approach is too simple for your end goal. Would you be able to explain more, maybe with an example? If you are already following a tutorial or guide or publication, you can also link that back for more context. How to share your Galaxy history itself is in the banner of this forum, also here → How to get faster help with your question.
Let’s start there, thanks!
