I was wondering if the tool RCorrector (https://dx.doi.org/10.1186%2Fs13742-015-0089-y) will be available someday at Galaxy.eu, since correction from sequencing data is becoming a standard procedure in many workflows.
I noticed that lighter is already available but it is designed to correct whole genome sequencing data and not RNA-seq.
