I would like to install the refgenie data manager in Galaxy as described at https://galaxyproject.org/admin/refgenie/#install-a-data-manager-tool-for-refgenie-optional but cannot find it neither at https://toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/](http://172.24.148.243/admin/toolshed# nor at https://testtoolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/.
So where can I find the data manager or how can I get it installed?

It looks like there was an update on datamanager/refgenie, but I’d need someone to confirm what happened.
