Hi,
I am running a new local galaxy instance and am trying to create a custom protein database using customprodb. In order to do so I am trying to get the built-in genome annotation using customprodb_annotation_data_manager, but the install gets stuck at installing dependencies step after giving this error:
I have tried installing the dependencies manually but then I get an error along the lines of ‘dependencies seemingly installed but can’t resolve environment’ when I try to run the tool.
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
