Please, could you consider include the in silico PCR to galaxy platform? When I have to do this kind of analysis, I usually use the CTRL+F with the oligos to identify the annealing regions, and it is time consuming (and we have also to reverse complement the reverse primer).

That has the links to the development repository and author resources.
It seems they are working on the update right now. You could ask them directly for more details about status and future plans. All public servers would host this once ready afaik.
