I am trying to run spaln on galaxy.eu and it doesn’t seem to work.
Here is the error message
/data/jwd05e/main/058/959/58959611/tool_script.sh: line 9: spaln: command not found

The tool has been updated on the EU server, and a test run was successful. Please also try again if you haven’t already.

I can reproduce this same error with a simple example.
The problem is likely a server-side dependency issue. Please submit a bug report from the red error dataset and the EU administrators will review. Resolution will not be immediate, so please consider trying a different mapping tool for now.
