Dear mam/sir,
I am working on an assignment and suddently my storage is full. I have permanently deleted everything that I don’t need. But it is still too much user storage. My history is:
Fellow students encountered the same problem, but after permanently deleting files they had enough space left. For me I don’t get it lower than 334.3GB and there is nothing more to delete. I don’t understand why it doesn’t reduce my storage since, the amount of data I now have shouldn’t be too much. Since, I have been working with it for weeks and haven’t had this problem before.
My deadline is sadly tomorrow and I really don’t now how to solve this.
