I’m running the Kraken for my data. I run with a collection of 4 pair-end data. However, it’s over the storage space. How can I get through with this problem? I run the fastp for my collection data before running Kraken

Public Galaxy servers have data storage quota limits that you’ll need to stay under. You can manage your data under User → Preferences → Storage Dashboard.
