Hi,
I have created and uploaded a tool I developed to the Tool Shed. It took a few iterations, so now there are earlier versions of the tool in the repository that can still be installed, but will not work correctly. I would like to remove them from the repository, but I see no way of doing that. Any help welcome.

I’m not sure of the best practice for this, so I’ve cross posted your question over to the Developers chat room for advice. Let’s see what they say. 
for reproducibility reasons, we can not remove any tool from the TS. Someone else could have installed it already. I would not worry much, just make sure the latest version is working. In the future please use planemo for testing or the testtoolshed.
