I am running the trinotate workflow and I noticed that the “SignalP” has a new versions available.
SignalP is in v3 instead of v5.
Hope you can update this tool.

I think you could ask the v3 wrapper developer for upgrading it
or try yourself making a pull request

Thanks a lot for the answer. I read in the github repo a similar pull request and I found an answer from the developer saying that it’s no simple because of the tool’s license.
