Anyone with an account issue may write in to the server admins for account help. Contact information is usually on a server’s home page or in that server’s directory listing here Galaxy Platform Directory: Servers, Clouds, and Deployable Resources - Galaxy Community Hub. That will usually be the same contact that sent the original account activation email.
