Could someone guide me to someone who can help me. I am getting this error when I try to login to my galaxy account. "Uncaught exception in exposed API method: " Does someone know why or how can I fix this?

I’m having the same error, even when trying to reset my password to log in. I’m guessing there’s something wrong with our account server side.

That message can result if a prior account was attempted to be “re-created”.
Try creating an account with an email address not previously used for an account at the server where you are working. Even when some old account doesn’t exist anymore, the email address still cannot be reused at most of the public servers. Meaning: please start completely over to get a new working account.
