I have been unable to upload any files to usegalaxy.org for nearly 24hours. Files will process through the upload-tool and show up in the history but will be stuck in the queue forever. I allowed some to sit overnight to rule out busy servers, and I tried uploading a very small .txt file to rule out file size; neither of these worked.

The UseGalaxy.org server was under heavy load yesterday and we have applied some changes. Trying to load the data again is where to start!
Then, if these files are still not completing (in the history), would you like to explain more about how you are loading and what these data files represent? Overall size and the type of data? How many?

Yes, that seems to have been the issue. I am fairly new to this instance so still getting used to processing speed and busy times.
