I was trying to upload the seq-file for trimming but belowing kind of errors were keep happened.
Is there maximum GB capacity in galaxy? or just my computer ability issues?

I successfully tested upload on the main Galaxy server. By any chance, have you had several accounts on the server? Have you got any email from the support team?
You can check the quota in User (the top Galaxy menu) > Preferences. Different Galaxy servers offer different quotas to registered users.
