Data upload problem

Dear all,

I can’t upload my fastq.gz files for rna seq analysis since two days. Altogether, I have 12 files of which only the first two or three make the upload successfullyy, the rest fails.

Could you please help me?

Hi Bernhard,

A couple of questions to get started:

  1. Is this on a public Galaxy server? If so, which one?
  2. Can you share a screenshot, or any text that is being shown?
  3. How big are your files?

Hi,
thanks for your help. It worked with retrying the upload for a second or third time now…?
It was on the public eu galaxy server, data size is between 1.5 and 2.5 gb.

We had an issue for a few days with a misconfigured upload node.
We fixed it and now all the upload tasks are going well.
