The function to Extract Workflow is listed in the History Options menu. This is found in the upper right corner of the home view using either of the two history views.
Start here
New (beta) History view → Extract Workflow
Legacy History view → Extract Workflow
If these descriptions and screenshots do not help, please double check again that you are logged in (under the User menu in the top masthead). If yes and still missing, please share the server’s URL and a screenshots of your user and history option menus. There could be some public Galaxy servers that do not have this function active and we can help to confirm.
