I am trying to import data from the Table Browser of UCSC into Galaxy from the human 2013 assembly as a BED-file, but the data cannot be represented, resulting in the following message:
WARNING:galaxy.model:Datatype class not found for extension ‘wigBed’
How can I solve this problem and allow my data to be recognized by Galaxy?

Odd. This data was sent to Galaxy directly from UCSC’s Table browser?
Would you please post a screenshot (or screenshots, some data retrievals involve multiple forms) of the Table browser webpage with the setting used to extra data? I’d like to see if this can be reproduced.
Also, please confirm that you are working at https://usegalaxy.org.
We can troubleshoot from there.
