Looks like your data retrieval jobs have not started yet?
Datasets in grey mean that the server is either still busy preparing the jobs or that they are currently in the server’s queue for execution.
You probably just need to be patient.

My data sets aren’t that large so I think its odd that they aren’t done yet. guess Ill just have to wait a bit more. thanks for your response. <3
This has nothing to do with the size of your data, but only with the job queue on the public server. Data size will have an impact on job run but not queue time, i.e. will determine how long your jobs remain in running (yellow) state.
