Account not restored yet!!

Hello there,
My account was suddenly marked for deletion for the first time on Thursday 23 october 2020. I have requested galaxy by replying to their designated email to restore my single non-public account “16140022@lums.edu.pk”. also I had declared my public server duplicated accounts for closure. Still after one day, my account has not been restored, every email comes up with same machine generated reply.
I don’t know whom to contact for restoration of my account as the data is very important to me.
Kindly let me know is there any other way to ask them for restoration.
