Anyone have experience connecting a dockerized Galaxy to an HPC Cluster on AWS?

I have Galaxy configured on Docker and currently it runs all jobs locally. Does anyone have any advice on how to send it’s jobs to a separate HPC Cluster and back, on AWS?

If it helps, I’m using ECS and autoscaling group for my docker that contains my galaxy instance.

Any advice is appreciated!
