Busco issues while running

Hey there! I am trying to run busco in protein mode, as I recently assembled a genome and now I’m working on it. However, no matter how I change the parameters, I always end up with the error:

I don’t understand why it gives me the option to select the lineages if it later fails to run successfully. I cannot run busco on my terminal, so it’s really a need to run it in galaxy. Thank you in advance!

Interesting. Maybe the server where you are working has a tool configuration problem.

If you want to try at a different server, I was able to use this same index in a simple test at UseGalaxy.eu.

Then if you could share the server URL where the error happened, we can investigate and report the issue to the administrators. You could also send in a bug report to them.
