Hello, I’m currently managing users in my local Galaxy instance to control access to certain tools (using admin account). I looked through the Galaxy Training Network docs but couldn’t find any information on how to enable or disable tool permissions.

It isn’t possible to mark a tool as available or not for individual accounts. Or, at least not in the main release. Maybe others from the community have customized this, will see your topic, and post back what they did?
However, you can hide a tool that is in the tool panel. Only people who had a prior job using that tool would be able to find it (using the rerun icon). Do you want help with doing that?
