I’ve used CloudLaunch to run GVL/Galaxy on AWS but I’ve been having trouble getting files to upload. Actually, they upload fine but then when the go to History, the wheel spins forever… I’ve even tried small text files. I’ve even tried pasting in data. Anyone have any thoughts?
Hi @mitchellgc, did you get this issue resolved? You had also mentioned a featurecounts issue (featureCount doesn't work on GVL/Galaxy) so perhaps these are both tied together. I would propose continuing the discussion there.
