Cannot upload to galaxy

Hi,

I’m trying to upload a very small txt.file of several bits to galaxy eu. I tried to upload from local files and using ftp. When uploading from local file it says: the job is waiting to run and it does not run at all. When I upload from ftp it says: curl: (7) Failed to connect to ftp.usegalaxy.eu port 21 after 6085 ms: Network is unreachable.

How can I upload my file?
