Concatenate job not submitting

When submitting a concatenate job with two bed files as input I get the following text in a pop up and the job does not submit.

The server could not complete the request. Please contact the Galaxy Team if this error persists. Uncaught exception in exposed API method:

Welcome, @dadelson

I’m not able to reproduce the problem at Galaxy Main https://usegalaxy.org using either of the two Concatenate tools available (each has slightly different functionality):

  • Version you are using Concatenate datasets tail-to-head (cat) (Galaxy Version 0.1.0)
  • Alternative version Concatenate datasets tail-to-head (Galaxy Version 1.0.0)

Please try again. Sometimes when the server is very busy an API error like this one can pop up (temporarily). Also, and this may seem obvious, but expand each input dataset – do they both really contain data lines (produced output – not empty?)

If the problem persists, confirm that this is the server you are actually working at (check the URL) and we can troubleshoot more from there.

Thanks!
