Data analysis from the file acquired from Illumina app.

I would like to know if I can analyze the data from Illumina app.
I used Illumina to get gene differentiation between 2 groups.
I have csv files of gene/transcriptome expression values and p-values.

I recommend End-to-End Analysis tutorials. The second tutorial starts with read counts.
