I tried get old data I analyazed few years ago, but I forgot the password. I tried to reset it, but no email was sent to me.

The topic was tagged as being a local Galaxy. That means that you are the administrator.
If you are instead working at a public Galaxy server, what is the URL?
Ps: accounts at public Galaxy servers are unrelated to accounts at this help forum
