Hi All,
I performed a TF ChIP-seq and I’m interested where my peaks are located. I created a bed file of my peaks and used the ChIP seeker tool (I used a gtf from gencode since no built in was available for mm10). Many of my peaks belong to the category ‘‘distal Intergenic’’ and I tried to find out how this category is defined (how far away from a TSS?).
I’m new to the field of bioinformatics, therefore I’d really appreciate a bit of help
