Different tools available...any idea why?

I use usegalaxy,eu, and was trying to do some variant analysis for a project I am doing at the moment with the University of Manchester. From university, we were offered access to another instance/version of the Galaxy where I can see differences in the tools available.
On my usegalaxy.eu I see this…

Any ideas why this is happening?

Galaxy is not one fixed thing. Galaxy is open-source and every one can run it with their own settings and preferences. And every now and then there is a new version with new features and improvements.

I guess that the University is running and older version or something.
