Hi, my disk quota reports it’s at 100 % capacity when I only have less than 20 GB out of the total 250 GB occupied. I have deleted files to free up more room but it has no effect (I have also made sure to “permanently delete” unused files on the account storage page). Is there a way I can solve this problem and avoid it in the future?
If you click on your quota meter and go to the “Storage Dashboard” you will find a few options that can help you. The first thing I’d try is to request a quota refresh, which is the main button you see on that interface. This will recalculate your current usage, and might resolve your issue.
