Editing PCA graph for DeSeq2 data

I performed DeSeq2 on galaxy for DGE analysis. However, for publishing my supervisor wants me to have a PCA graph without the dots inside the graph labelled. I was just enquiring how to do this?

I don’t think that’s something you can do within the current Galaxy wrapper.

I think your best bet is to take the output PDF file, convert it locally into SVG (via a tool such as pdf2svg) and delete the labels you don’t want in the SVG using inkscape.
