I am a new user in Galaxy, I am trying to import my 16S dataset for LEfSe.
Here is the layout of my dataset:
An error then occurs at the “Format Data for LEfSe” stage, as below:
I have tried using the Galaxy sever and the command line version, both got the same error.
Would it be a problem of my data format?
I noticed a similar problem in (Problems with format data for LEfSe), but have no idea how to fix it.
Here also attach the Galaxy layout I selected for reference, not sure if relevant or not:
In addition, I would also like to ask would negative values (coming from clr-transformation of dataset) be acceptable in LEfSe? The dataset used above has no negative values.
