I have been trying to run some tools, such as gfastats or BWA2, with no success; they are continuously giving errors before starting to run (automatically red output files in the history with empty logs). Possibly it is a server issue, and you are already aware, but just in case.

Yes, this was probably a problem on our side at UseGalaxy.org.
