Hi, i have 2 reads file in my history (R1 and R2) and i want to use the tool fastp to do trimming operations. The only way to give in input a paired files is via collection but when i build it in my history from my 2 files the input box of fastp doesn’t take it. I don’t understans how to produce a right collection from my 2 files that will be suitable for fastp. Thanks
