I am experiencing very slow speed of galaxy.org, I am not able to do a basic mapping using BWA-MEM application, has anyone experienced similar problem?

Yes, the clusters are very busy at UseGalaxy.org after a small server side issue detected/fixed today.
Jobs will still run in the order submitted. The best strategy is to leave your jobs queued to preserve the original queue placement.
