Then, which version of the tool are you running? The full tool name and version will be at the top of the tool form.

Finally, what parameters are you using with the tool? You can screenshot the Job Information Details page table.
All can be copy/pasted back in your reply. Or, you are welcome to share back your history that contains the error since that would contain all the details above, plus the full job logs.
Maybe something changed or there is another way to run the tool to get the results you want. We can investigate!
