HISAT2 run time

HISAT2 on 3 datasets has taken 2 days to run (all of them have been orange for the 2 days), is there a reason for this or anything I can do?

Hi, I am also facing same pronle, Hisat 2 is running from two days still not completeed, I have used zea mays reference genome in fasta format and rna aeq file in fastqsanger, the rna seq file size in 10 gb and my RAM size is 4 GB, Please help me how to complete this task?
