I want to do demultiplexing after NGS. I need a gza file. I have two files gz. How to convert gz to gza?

why do you think you need gza?
Which tool in Galaxy do you plan to use and why would a, I assume, fastq.gz file not work with it?

I see. Yes, qiime2 tools require qza input format (with a q).

This tool

It’s always the first step when working with qiime2 tools.
