You can search the tool panel with keywords at different public servers to see which tools they support. For that tool, the keyword “primer” will probably find the available choices.
Please explain more if I am misunderstanding.
The first picture shows the previous website. Now it’s probably because the website has been updated(the second picture). SNP Primer Design Module is gone. I wonder if this module can be back.
