I need a tool called RSEM for RNA Seq (RNA-Seq by Expectation-Maximization)

Hi,

I would like to use a tool called RSEM. I was able to use it in Galaxy Tools but I do not know how to be able to install it. I am seeing I need an admin account.

How will I be able to run this program RSEM?
