Juicer for HiC data analysis

    I want to ask if galaxy can add Juicer software for HiC data analysis (https://github.com/aidenlab/juicer) or other hic data analysis software except hicexplorer.

I suggest you use the Hicexplorer toolkit https://hicexplorer.usegalaxy.eu/. It provides similar functionalities.

Hi,

you need to ask the developers of the specific software if they provide Galaxy wrappers. To my knowledge, there are none for Juicer.
