I need your ideas.
Right now from an HTML report of Blast (https://bitbucket.org/JanKanis/blast2html/src/default/) I have links that display sequences in fasta format. These links are using a former CGI script deployed on another server.
I would like to replace this with a CGI located on my Galaxy server or maybe launch a Galaxy tool (ie: create a file holding these fasta sequences in current history using bioblend).
Do you have some ideas ? I’m a bit stuck right now…

There is no emergency here as I will be on holidays very soon, for 3 weeks 
I’ve made some progress, I’m trying to deal with a data_source or data_source_async tool in order to create a file holding these fasta sequences in current history of the user.
It seems to work (for the data_source) even if I’m a bit stuck with data_source_async.
