Looking for a short introductory video to RNASeq analysis with Galaxy

Hi all,

Not sure if I am posting this in the right place, if not, I apologise.

In my previous lab I have used Galaxy for the analysis of RNA-Seq data, and I was very impressed with it. It’s an amazing service and I thank everyone involved with the utmost respect.

In my new lab, we are looking to do some RNASeq work soon. I would like to present a short (2-10) minute video on RNASeq analysis with Galaxy, and I was hoping that there would already be a video somewhere like this, or just introducing Galaxy generally. I wasn’t able to find anything by searching, so I thought I’d ask before making a presentation (that wouldn’t be as good as I’m not an expert) myself.

This channel helped me understand what is Galaxy all about. I don’t know about RNA-SEQ. It is hard to find good documentation about RNA-SEQ analysis in Galaxy.
